What does "MINAMI" mean?

To come up with a suitable name for our salon, we combined two Japanese characters (Kanji). By blending the two Kanji, which are "美(mi)" for "beauty" and "波(nami)" for "wave", we came up with "Minami". We find the combination of these two Kanji quite appropriate in our goal to create the latest wave in Salon service in the Philippines.

MINAMI Premier Salon is run and operated by Japanese investors whose primary goal is to introduce Japanese concepts and technologies in beauty into the local Philippine market.

What is the Japanese concept?

The Japanese are well known for their sense of style and fashion. Our love for nature is a way of life. Our penchant to individually serve our customers is a tradition handed to us from generation. Hygiene plays an important role in achieving our purpose in putting up a Japanese concept salon. Our Zen ambiance will give clients the tranquility not found in other salon. These and more are the things we are proudest of and this is what MINAMI Premier Salon stands for.
